LNG Electric Water Bath Vaporizers

Smart Industries has complate pack solution for EWB along with on board PLC it is supplied with plug and play pack.
The water bath can be heated by electricity, steam, or combustion gases. A stainless steel vaporizing tube bundle is submerged in the water bath, ready for immediate use. The heat into the bath is controlled to maintain a steady bath temperature. A mixture of glycol can also be used if planned downtime in a freezing climate is expected. Water Bath Vaporizers can be used to vaporize various cryogens and liquefied gases such as: nitrogen, oxygen, argon, carbon dioxide, ammonia, chlorine, ethelene and LNG to name a few.

Standard models are available with flow rates up to 16.000 Nm3/hr.
Standard units are available from 40 Kw to 2000 Kw.
